Form 9 - Overtime Register

Each employer shall maintain a Register with particulars of overtime as per the given format and duplicate copy of overtime slips.

This includes employee wise overtime worked details, normal rate as well as overtime rate, overtime paid particulars, and signature of employees. When employer maintains this Register, the following statutory requirements can also be complied with:

  • Form XIII under Rule 78(1) (a)(iii) of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Karnataka Rules, 1974.
  • Form IV under Rule 28(2) of Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules, 1958.
