Rule 25 (6) & (7): Procedure for dealing with application for recovery of wages of service compensation:-
The Authority dealing with the applications under Section 51 of the Act shall maintain a register in Form XX.
The Authority dealing with the appeals under sub-section (1) of Section 53 of the Act shall follow the same procedure as prescribed for the authority under Section 50 of the Act in dealing with the appeals. He shall maintain a register in Form XXI.
