Rule 25(3): Procedure for dealing with application for recovery of wages of service compensation:-
On receipt of an application under Rule 23, the Appellate Authority shall issue a notice in Form XIX calling upon the applicant as well as the employer, as the case may be, to appear before him on a specified date together with all relevant documents and witnesses, if any.
