Rule 18(4):- Form XII - Register of Advance of Wages
This form contains the Name of the employee, Father's Name, amount of advance given, purpose for which advance was given, No. of installments by which advance to be recovered, postponement granted and date on which total amount is recovered. This needs to be maintained by the employer and produced whenever the Labour Inspector needs it.
