Her strategic use of digital tools enables scalable, impactful employee journeys, positioning HR as a business enabler. With prior roles at Oracle and Accor, Rosina brings deep expertise in humanizing workplaces through data-driven programs and digital HR frameworks. From change management to M&A transitions, she consistently leverages tech to elevate the employee experience and transform it into a competitive advantage.
Anupriya Jain is a seasoned organizational psychologist, currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO at Lenskart. She specializes in shaping strong organizational cultures, enhancing effectiveness in top teams, and solving complex organization design and business challenges. Prior to Lenskart, she consulted with several Fortune 500 companies on their leadership advisory needs at Spencer Stuart. An ex-Googler, she also runs a small social entrepreneurial venture, ‘Teams Inc.,’ which provides pro bono services to pre-Series A and seed-stage startups.
