Mr Kalappa is currently associated with ChaiPoint India as Chief People Officer, overseeing talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, leadership initiatives, and overall organizational development. He has over 2.5 decades of professional experience in areas such as Talent Management, HR digitization, Culture building, Mentoring, Coaching, Training & Development. Prior to ChaiPoint, he led HR functions at DM Aster Healthcare India and has extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Kalappa holds a PGD in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Bangalore University and is a life member of NHRD, NIPM, and ISTD Bangalore. He is also pursuing ICF coaching certification.
