Suchandra is an Alumnus of Haas School of Business, University of Berkley with 15+ years of strategy, consulting, program management and practitioner experience in the area of Human Resources. A dynamic leader with experience in working with global cross functional teams and implementing global projects in HR.
Mr. Vineet's last assignment in the Corporate World was in the Middle East where he was Chief Human Resources Officer for around 6 years with the largest private university, having 1000 employees from 60 different nationalities. Prior to shifting to the Middle East, he was the ‘Founding Member' of Tata Sky in India where he was instrumental in setting up HR from the scratch for them. As a Certified Coach (ACC, ICF), Vineet also practices in the areas of Career Coaching, Performance Coaching & Executive Coaching for leadership profiles across various countries. Currently, Vineet is handling multiple assignments in the areas of Talent Development and Assessment, Organization Design, Performance & Rewards Consulting & setting up of HR Processes.
