Each plan includes the first 50 employees in the standard monthly price (SMP). Beyond 50, you pay a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) rate on your total licensed headcount.
PEPM (per-employee-per-month) is charged on your total headcount — every active employee on payroll. PUPM (per-user-per-month) is charged only on users of a specific module. For example, Performance Management is typically used by managers and reviewers, so it's priced PUPM. SSO and REST API, on the other hand, affect everyone, so they're priced PEPM.
Premium pricing is custom-quoted based on your organisation's context — modules in scope, headcount, and contract terms. Our team will share Premium pricing after a brief conversation.
Yes. All published prices are exclusive of taxes. GST at 18% applies on the final invoice. You can toggle the price card to view tax-inclusive estimates.
For most cases, one plan covers the entire organisation. If you have a specific need (e.g. a separate plan for a subsidiary), our sales team can structure that — talk to us.
Recruit is greytHR's applicant tracking system, available on every plan at ₹2,500 per recruiter per month. It is licensed flat per recruiter, not per employee.
Standard onboarding is included. For larger or more complex implementations (multi-entity rollouts, custom integrations), a one-time implementation fee may apply. Our team will share these details during the quotation conversation.
The recommendation is a cost-optimisation calculation: for the modules you've selected, it picks the plan with the lowest total monthly cost. Your actual choice may also weigh other factors — future module needs, support tier, contract terms — that this calculator does not model.
