Gujarat exempts IT, ITES, Financial Services under Shops Act provisions
The Government of Gujarat has declared that the provisions of sections 12 and 14 of Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Services) Act,
2019 will not be applicable to the establishmnent of IT related Services, IT enabled Services and Financial Services subject to fulfillment of other provisions of the said Act for the period of two vears from the date of issue of this notification in official gazette.
