Exemption under Factories Act on account of General Election in Haryana
09 Dec, 2022The Government of Haryana, on account of General Elections to be held on 13 December 2022 in Panch of Ward No. 5, Gram Panchayat Rukhi Khas, Block Gohana, District Sonipat, has exempted the workers, enrolled as voters in Sonipat district, Haryana, from the operation of Section 52(1) of the Factories Act, 1948, for the week commencing from 11th till 17th December 2022. Such workers shall not be required to work on election day.
Exemption to Haryana Factories for Bye Election in Rajasthan
02 Dec, 2022The Government of Haryana, on account of the Bye Election in 21-Sardarshahar Assembly Constituency of Churu District, Rajasthan to be held on December 05, 2022, has exempted the workers (enrolled as voters in the State of Rajasthan, Churu district) for the week commencing from 04 to 10 December 2022. Such workers shall not be required to work on election day.
