Granting of New Licenses for Factories and State Manufactures in Gujarat
The Gujarat Department of Labour Skill Development and Employment has issued a notification regarding the application for renewal of new licences to the state manufacturers registered under the Factories Act along with the application for NOC under Gujarat Fire Prevention and Safety Measures Act, 2013.
It has been decided that new license or renewal of license of the factory can be issued by submitting proof of fire NOC is obtained by the manufacturer as the letter of guarantee.
