The Goa Government has amended certain provisions of the Goa Factories Rules, 1985 viz., application fees of the competent person, approval of plans, use of premises as a factory, certificate of stability, application for registration, renewal of license, mode of payment of fees, medical examination of workers, Latrine accommodations, pressure vessels or plant, medical examination, occupational health centre, qualifications of supervisors, dangerous manufacturing process and other schedules under rules.
