ESI provisions enforcement in districts of Tamil Nadu
ESIC has notified that with effect from 01 April 2023, the provisions of ESI Act under the Chapter IV, V & VI shall come into force in all the areas of Kanchipuram, Tirupattur, Tiruvannamalai and Viluppuram districts, in addition to the already notified areas of the said districts, and in all the areas of Kallakurichi district, in the State of Tamil Nadu.
