Declaration of Holiday on Account of Panchayat Election in Haryana
Haryana Govt. has declared holiday on 15 June 2023 on account of Panchayat Election. The Governor has exempted only those workers who are working in the Factories in the State of Haryana and are enrolled as the voters where General Elections of Gram Panchayat Sambhalkha, Block Ladwa, District Kurukshetra for which poll shall be held on the 15.06.2023 (Thursday) from the operations of provisions of Sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the Factories Act, for the week commencing from 18.06.2023 and ending on 24.06.2023, subject to the condition that no adult worker who is enrolled as voter in election to Gram Panchayat Sambhalkha, Block Ladwa, District Kurukshetra shall
be required or allowed to work on 15.06.2023 (Thursday) in the factories of the state of Haryana.
