Declaration of Authority under Shops & Establishments in Maharashtra
The Government of Maharashtra has declared Panchayats to be the local authority for enforcement of provisions under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017.
