Auto renewal of Factory license
The Director of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health, Bengaluru has
clarified that the automatic renewal certificate would not contain the signature and
the seal of the official who is authorized the issue the renewal or the license as the
case may be. The computer generated certificate shall hold good without signature
of the authorized official for approval of the factory layout, registration amendment
and transfer.
