In the Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, item 20 of Rule 95(1) has been substituted as:
- Handling and Processing of asbestos, manufacture of any article or substance of asbestos and any other process of manufacture or otherwise in which asbestos is used in any form.
The Schedule XX has been substituted by detailed provisions relating to handling, and processing of asbestos,manufacture of any article or substance of asbestos as mentioned in the aforesaid Rule.
