Access and Download Your YTD and PF YTD Statements

The term year-to-date (YTD) is the period from the first day of the current financial year up to the present date.

The YTD Reports screen in the greytHR Mobile application allows you to view the summary of your Earnings, Deductions, and Net Pay for the selected financial year.

You can perform the following actions on the YTD Reports screen:

1. View and download YTD statement.

2. View and download PF YTD statement.

View and download YTD statement

To view and download the YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Mobile application, navigate to Explore > Salary > YTD Reports. Alternatively, you can navigate to Actions > YTD Reports.

2. On the YTD Reports screen, from the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year. A list of YTD statement cards appears. 

3. Tap the View More option on the required YTD Statement card. The card opens and displays Income, Deductions, Days, and Net Pay cards under the Default and LOP Reversal YTD tab.

4. Tap the Income/Deductions/Days/Net Pay cards on the YTD Statement screen to view the breakup of the salary components for the selected financial year.

5. Tap the Download YTD Statement button to download the YTD statement. A success message appears.

   Note: You can also download the YTD statement directly by tapping the Download option on the YTD Reports screen.

View and download PF YTD Statement

To view and download PF YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Mobile application, navigate to Explore > Salary > YTD Reports. Alternatively, you can navigate to Actions > YTD Reports.

2. On the YTD Reports screen, from the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year. A list of PF YTD statement cards appears. 

3. Tap the View More option on the required PF YTD Statement card. The card opens and displays the details under the following tabs:

   1. Summary: The tab displays the details such as Employee Contribution PF, VPF, Employer’s Contribution PF, and Pension Fund details. The Employee Details card displays Employee No, Join Date, and UAN.

   2. Detailed view: The tab displays the details such as Total, Employee Contribution PF, VPF, Employer’s Contribution PF, and Pension Fund details.
      Note: You can also select the required month for which you want to view the statement.

4. Tap the Download PF YTD Statement button to download the PF YTD statement. A success message appears.
   Note: You can also download the PF YTD statement directly by tapping the Download option on the YTD reports screen.
