Let us first understand the definitions of the documents:
Privacy Policy: It serves as a legal agreement between the app provider (usually the employer or the app developer) and the employees, informing them about their rights, the data collected, and how that data will be handled.
Terms of Service: It is also known as terms and conditions or terms of use. The document lays out the rules, obligations, and responsibilities that govern the use of the app by the employees.
The About This App screen in the greytHR mobile application allows you to read the essential Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To view the About This App screen, from the greytHR mobile application, on the top right corner of the Home screen, tap your Profile picture or Name initials. A sidebar opens. Tap Settings > About This App.

To read your mobile app's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR mobile application, on the top right corner of the Home screen, tap your Profile picture or Name initials. A sidebar opens. Tap Settings > About This App.
On the About This App screen, tap Privacy Policy/Terms of Service as per your requirements. The Privacy Policy screen/Terms of Service screen opens as per your selection.
You can learn about how your data is collected, used, and protected on the Privacy Policy screen. The Terms of Service screen outlines your rules and responsibilities when using the app.
