View Team Members' Sign-In Status on greytHR App

Viewing the sign-in status of team members means that managers or team leaders can access information about the attendance or presence of their team members. It allows them to see whether their team members have signed in or checked in for work.
The Who Is In screen in the greytHR Mobile application allows you, as a manager, to view the sign-in status of your team members for a selected date. The screen displays the Not Yet In, Late Arrivals, On Time, and On Leave statuses with the number of employees for each status.
View team members' sign-in status
To view the sign-in status of your team members, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Mobile application, navigate to Explore > Attendance > Who Is In.
Alternatively, you can navigate to Action > Who Is In.
On the Who Is In screen, on the top left corner, tap the Calendar icon.
Select the required date and year for which you want to view the sign-in status.
Tap Apply. The screen displays the following cards:
The Not Yet In card displays information about the team members who still need to mark their attendance.
The Late Arrivals card displays the information regarding the team members who have not reached the organization at the expected time. It also displays the Sign In Time and Late By (HH: MM) time information.
The On Time card gives you the Sign In Time information and data about the team members who reached at the expected time.
The Out of Office card displays information about team members who are unavailable for the selected date. This includes categories such as On Leave, Holiday, Rest Day, and Off Day, providing a clearer and more consolidated view of employee unavailability along with the reason.
