The firm also received a lot of appreciation from its clients as it was one of the very few payroll service providers back in 2004 which used automated payroll system with employee self-service portal where rest of the businesses still processed payroll on Excel.
“With greytHR, we have moved from Excel to Excellence. As a CA firm, we are trusted by clients for staying 100% statutory compliant. Our clients are spread across the country and we need to ensure compliance with all Central and State laws. With greytHR we don't need to worry about changing the configurations, every time a change is enforced, the software automatically takes care of it. With our internal payroll experts and tech support from greytHR, we have been able to reduce processing effort by 60%” said CA Guru, the Co-founder.
Most Indian companies follow monthly payroll cycle. Payroll processors get a small window of 5-7 days where they have to process payroll along with other statutory compliance like depositing various dues such as TDS, PT, PF, etc. and filing timely returns.
