greytHR rolls out its all-new login page, improved support, and more!

We’re thrilled to bring you greytHR in its new avatar - v5.3.7. Here’s the low-down on what’s new, what’s changed and what it means for you.

Interactive trial experience

Now, choose your interest areas when you sign up and ensure that inputs relevant to you receive higher priority. Further, we’ve introduced curated product tours that help you get familiar with and evaluate the product modules and features easily and quickly.

Access FAQs from anywhere in the application

We’ve added more support features that put the control in your hands and allow for more self-sufficiency. This includes, apart from the product tours, a brand new FAQ section which allows you to read how-to’s even as you continue working on the software. Developed in collaboration with our Support Desk, this section has been designed to answer your most common and critical queries instantly. However, if you still need to contact us, you can do so easily through our live chat support or by raising a ticket, depending on your plan.

Login page: More value from the same real estate

Minimalistic design and more real estate for your company logo against a clean white background mean better branding for your organization on the login page. We’ve also introduced dynamic feature cards that rotate periodically. With reminders for important compliance-related events, links to educational material and seasonal feature cards, keep up with statutory requirements, changes to the software and available features effortlessly.
