The My Account feature is now enhanced with information on your usage of greytHR. If you are an Advance subscription (prepaid) customer of greytHR, you can now get up-to-date status on your account usage.
As explained in our previous blog, those of our clients who avail our advance subscription offer will be given a discount every month on their subscription fees. This amount (a.k.a usage charges) will be deducted from the advance paid and balances determined.
The Usage feature now provides you information on the advance subscription amount paid, the amount consumed every month, and the balance available in your account.
You can access this screen by clicking the Usage tab of the My Account > Invoices page.
On this screen you can view all the monthly usage charges along with the advance paid and the balance available in your account.
A drill-down into each monthly usage report will give you the information displayed below:
This usage/monthly consumption report will also be emailed to you every month. A copy of this report can also be downloaded from the application.
In case we find that you need to renew your account in the next one-two months (we will estimate this based on your current usage pattern), we will inform you the same through a notification on the page.
You can then take up the next steps to renew your subscription.
Our customers who are on the monthly postpaid model will continue to get their regular Tax Invoice.
