ESI Provisions coming to effect in Kalahandi District of Odisha
ESIC has notified that with effect from 01 September 2022, certain provisions of ESI Act shall come to effect in Kalahandi district of Odisha.
Effective from 01 September 2022, the ESI provisions of:
sections 38 to 43,
sections 45A to 45H,
sections 46 to 73,
sections 74 to 75,
section 76 (2) to (4),
sections 82 and 83 of ESI Act shall come into force in all the areas of Kalahandi district in the State of Odisha.
