The companies registered through MCA portal that are not coming under the purview of ESI provisions, need not comply for next six (06) months or till they reach the threshold of ESI coverage, whichever is earlier.
The companies that does not reach the threshold in these six month have to login in ESIC website to further extend the dormant mode failing which the registration will automatically get activated and the companies have to start their compliance under the ESI Act.
