ESIC implemented certain provisions in all the areas of Gajapati, Nuapada, Malkangiri and Deogarh districts in the State of Odisha, effective from 01 December 2022.With effect from 01 December 2022 the following provisions of the Act, namely,
- sections 38 to 43 and sections 45A to 45H of Chapter IV (Contribution);
- sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V (Benefits),; and
- sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, 80, 82 and 83 of Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims).
will be implemented in the said districts.
