Certain provisions of ESI applicability at Madurai, TN from 01 August 2021
The Ministry of Labour and Employment notifies the applicability of certain ESI provisions to all the areas in Madurai District, Tamil Nadu effective from 01 August 2021.
The provisions related to:
Contributions under Sections 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and sections 45A to 45H of Chapter IV;
Benefits under Sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
Adjudication of Disputes and Claims under Sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of sections 76, 80, 82 and 83 of Chapter VI.
