He is known for designing high-impact people practices that strengthen workforce agility and business alignment. His expertise spans talent management, employee experience and organisational development, with a strong focus on using technology and data to build scalable, future-ready teams in the healthcare ecosystem.
Indrani is a seasoned HR and communications leader with 20+ years of experience driving capability transformation across the Aditya Birla Group, Tata AIA and the CK Birla Group (Healthcare). In her current portfolio, she supports organisations through HR consulting, leadership development and digital capability building. As VP at WICCI Kolkata and Co-founder of NurseIndia — India’s largest online nursing platform — she works at the intersection of growth, inclusion and purpose-led workforce development.
