Smt. Abhilasha Jha brings over 25 years of extensive experience with ESIC, having contributed across diverse domains including Administration, Insurance, Revenue, and Employee Benefits. Her tenure in various offices across Maharashtra and other states such as Bihar, West Bengal, and Karnataka has broadened her professional expertise. After serving as Head of Office in Bangalore and Marol (Mumbai) for nearly five years, she has now been appointed as the Head of Maharashtra.
Shri N.K. Singh brings 18 years of experience with ESIC, having served across diverse areas including Revenue, Legal, Benefits, and Recovery in locations such as Nagpur, Chennai, and Mumbai. He is currently serving as Branch Officer, Benefits & Medical Benefits, at the Regional Office in Mumbai.
Vijay Bharech is a Partner with Tax BPS in Bangalore, with 15 years of experience in individual taxation and social security advisory, focusing on employment tax, stock rewards, globally mobile employees, labour codes, and bilateral treaties. He advises on payroll, employment laws, and transformation initiatives, helping corporates optimize costs through effective salary structuring and use of double taxation and social security agreements. Vijay has also worked in Deloitte’s UK office. A Chartered Accountant, he contributes to leading financial publications and serves on the HR & Industry-Institute Interface (3I) Expert Committee at the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
